o   Yesterdays 1st reading, Acts 16:1-10.  Acts 16:3:  and Paul wanted him to come along with him. On account of the Jews of that region, Paul had him circumcised,* for they all knew that his father was a Greek.

·         Prayer


o   My brother-in-law, John, could use our prayers.  He has a growth on his head that is being biopsied.  Were praying its not cancer as his kidneys wont be able to handle chemo.

o   This weeks prayer is the Glory Be, also known as the Doxology.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.

In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgins name was Mary.  And coming to her, he said, Hail, favored one! The Lord is with you.

When Elizabeth heard Marys greeting, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the holy Spirit cried out in a loud voice and said, Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.
